Ah, a literalist! 8-) ("yourforumname" is usually replaced by... well, by your forum name.) ;)

All is good, except that the bit rate is variable. Are you using Audacity? The bit rate is is set when you export to MP3. When you go to export, on the screen where you enter the file name for the MP3, change the Bit Rate mode to Constant, and the quality should be 128 kbps. You should only have to set it once; it'll remember the setting until you change it again.

One more test with the bit rate fixed, please. :) Please post the link to it in this thread.

Hahahah! I'm not sure I know what I'm doing.

This should be the file (from audacity) converted wth (at?) a constant bitrate. (Bitrate?)
