[Spanish] I Pleno Casatorio Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia la República de Perú
El Primer Pleno Casatorio Civil es una sentencia dictada por la máxima instancia de justicia de la República de Perú en el que se resuelve un conflicto jurídico que sienta bases para posterior interpretación y resolución en casos similares. En este caso particular la Corte Suprema reunió a todos sus integrantes para resolver un caso de transacción extrajudicial entre pobladores de una comunidad de la provincia de Cajamarca y la Empresa Minera Yanacocha S.R.L. producto de contaminación ambiental por derrame de mercurio en la población; esta decisión judicial ha sido seriamente criticada por considerar que la interpretación realizada no se ajusta a la normativa legal y es vulneratoria de derechos. ( )

This project is looking for prooflisteners. A DPL (Dedicated Proof Listener) would be preferred, but until one is found, we need prooflistening for completed sections.
