Thanks for the test. It's great. :thumbs:

The recording meets our requirements, and you are ready to read for real.

I have only two notes to share. First, don't go any lower on the volume. Checker finds the volume at 86.9 dB, while our target value is 89 dB. Second, there is a bit of background noise (you'd hear it if you listen in headphones), and it can be reduced very easily, see this wiki page for information. The noise is by no means intrusive, so you could leave it as is, of course.

Anyway, you can already go to our "Readers Wanted" forums and find a group project to join. An admin will stop by to mark this thread with an OK, but there is no need for you to wait.

Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely use the noisecleaning treatment. I suspect the background noise could be from my laptop's cooling fan, even though I already moved my microphone as far as away from it as possible.
