But unfortunately you recorded at the wrong bit rate. It must be 128kb constant bit rate and not variable.

Also your level is way down - it should be at 86-89 dB - yours is 83.1.

you need to increase the gain (amplify) in Audacity - by about + 6dB

You also need to try and change the DC bias to zero in audacity (Normalise and tick DC bias box, and untick normalise box).

Well read, and with these changes a new upload should be good. (Speech was good and recording good apart from the technical things).
