Welcome to LIbriVox Shirley :D

Good test, just a couple of tech items to adjust...
- your bitrate is 122kbps (variable) we need 128 kbps constant
- the file is in stereo, should be a mono track
- the volume is a bit too loud at 94 dB, you should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:

Without knowing what software you are using to record I can't give you any hints on adjusting the specs. :?

*You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
