Wonderful! It's all good. 8-)

The volume is on the higher side of OK, but you're fine as long as you don't get any louder.

Curious: most GB users cannot get the bit rate and mono/stereo thing correct on the first try. Are you savvy enough to list exactly the steps you took to export this to MP3, such that you got those things correct? If so, we can update the wiki to give some good instructions.

At least in my version, I went to the top menu bar and hit "Share", "Export Podcast to Disk", and make sure "Compress Using" is set to "MP3 Encoder". Under "Audio Settings", select "Custom". That's where you can set the "Bit Rate" to "128 kbps" and change "Channels" to "Mono". Then click "Okay" and "Export" to save it on your computer.
