hello Kit and welcome to the forum :)

woah, you were speeding through the beginning of your test :lol: what kind of text did you use there ? Then with the Peter Piper your voice sounds really different, which was interesting. Did you use any special effect, I'm only curious.

On the technical side, all is perfect, there is only one thing that needs correcting, to make the test up to LV standard. Your volume is too low. Yours is only at about 84 dB and we need recordings between 86 and 92 dB, preferably around a good average of 89.

To amplify in Audacity is really easy, however. Can you please do the following step-by-step to your initial recording and re-submit your test once more so I can have a second listen ?

> highlight your recording
> go to Effect
> go to Amplify
> input 4 (in this case now) in the first slot (amplification dB)
> press ok

This should bring the test to a good average volume. If there are any questions still, don't hesitate to ask :)
