Recorded with REAPER v5.40 on Windows 10, with an MXL 890 microphone through an M-Audio M-Track Plus MKII. Went through the Checker program okay, though I'm wondering if the plosives are too... heavy? Obvious? (Not sure what the right word is)

Thanks in advance for feedback!

I don't hear them on my built in laptop speakers, but that doesn't mean much.

I do see them on the wave form.

Some people swear by pop filters. Me? I find it sufficient to move the mic from in front of my mouth. I usually have mine around 2:00. That way the burst of air from the P sounds goes by the mic rather than directly into it.

I think that you can probably work this out for yourself, so I'm going to mark the test as OK. Feel free to post another test in this same thread if you want a second opinion on any adjustments. I'm now subscribed to the thread, so I'll be notified. :)
