There are 2 technical issues that need to be fixed - really simple and you can use the file you sent already to do it. This is done when Exporting and once they are set they will stay that way! So once you have brought up the recorded test file, go to Export - Export MP3 and both these settings are below where you enter the file name - one is in the drop down - you need to pick 128 kbps as the bit rate and the other is you need to click on Constant, just about the 128 dropdown. Now, after entering your file name, select OK to save the file. Go ahead and upload it now and post the new link for me in this string of comments.
