Hi David -

Welcome to Librivox! This file meets all technical specifications along with you have a wonderful recording voice! There is only one thing that needs to be done and that is your volume needs to be brought within range. Our volume range is between 84 dB and 92 dB with a target volume of 89 dB. Yours right now is 72.7 dB. So if you can increase your volume while making sure you do not increase noise and then export the file and submit the link to this thread again I will check it!

Have a great day -

Lynda

Thank you for the feedback. I'm attaching the new recording. The level is at 88.2 according to the Checker, I'm just hoping the background noise doesn't become too loud. Again, no noise reduction or other editing has been done to the file.

HI David - that file is perfect! Your background noise was not picked up by the checker or myself.

Your volume is great! Have fun reading for Librivox - you have passed all our checks!
