This is a raw recording, nothing has been done to it. I have a Blue Yeti USB mic and it was a little over one hand length away from my mouth. No pop filter. The background noise is my computer tower.

Hello,

Your recording sounds great! The only problem is that the audio level is too low at 78.6 dB (where the range is 86-92 dB). You can amplify the audio, but that will also amplify the noise. Of course, it's better to reduce the noise from the source before recording, but sometimes it could be difficult to quieten all of the noise.

I suggest you use the Noise Reduction effect on the track, then amplify it. I tried it on your track with this process (using a free software, Audacity):

1. Select the area between 0s and 0.555s.
2. Click "Effects" on the top bar then click "Noise Reduction".
3. Change the settings as follows:

Noise reduction (dB): 15
Sensitivity: 6.00
Frequency smoothing (bands): 3
Noise: Reduce

4. Click the "Get Noise Profile" button.

Next, select the whole track then use the Noise Reduction effect again, but this time instead of clicking "Get Noise Profile" button, click the "OK" button at the bottom of the popup window.

There! That's the Noise Reduction done!

Next, select the whole track again then click Effects again. Now, press the "Amplify" effect. Set it to "10" then press the "OK" button. That should amplify it to 89 dBs.

And that's it! Now export your track and reupload it here.

I did everything like you said. I am new to recording and audio in general. Where does it show me how many dBs I'm producing?

Your recording passes all of the requirements! Great job!

Sorry, I forgot to mention the Checker program; here it is:
https://cgjennings.ca/checker.html

It will also show other unmet requirements if there are any (like if the track was stereo or doesn't have a constant bitrate)
