Howdey.

I'm Luke and I'll be taking care of your test.

So your doing very well!

But we have two issues. (You can fix them both at export)

Presuming that your using audacity go to export file again and then make these changes.

1) Change variable bit rate to constant bit rate (CBR)
2) Change the bit rate to 128
3) Click force mixdown to mono.

After that reupload the test and I'll take another look.

Hey! Sorry about the delay. I did not get the email that it was ready for me. :hmm:

Nice job with the tech stuff. But we have a volume issues now (don't ask me why. Unless you re-recorded?)

1) Select the whole audio file in audacity
2) go to effects>amplify
3) Put 9 dB in the top box (To up your volume from 80.8 to the required 89)
4) hit go
5) reupload that file

Let's give it a go. I'll be back (Sooner this time :)

OK. So now that you did that you pushed your Noise Floor over the volume line. So all we need to do it go back to the audacity file and select a small part of the file with no talking.

After that open effects then noise reduction and click learn or take fingerprint (whatever they are calling it these days)

Then Click out of it and select the whole file

Go back to noise reduction and click apply.

After that reupload the file and let's see if we can pass it!
