Hey, I'm having trouble reading section 2. The text warps at the edge of the page and sometimes it gets completely cut off. Is there a more clear document I could use?

Hello
I am aware that there are two recordings pending to be PL-ed.
I would have done it tonight but I am having trouble with the text.

Firstly, I am not able to open that link in my computer.
Secondly, when I used another browser and tried to open that link in the phone the text isn't clear. It is blurred
Thirdly, when I saw an option to download and I downloaded the pdf it is 1000 pages and for some reason they aren't serially placed so like when I PL-ed Article 4 it was on Page 957 in the pdf...

Due to these reasons I am having trouble PL-ing and I apologize.
I will try again tomorrow to find it and PL it asap
