   It was well worth the wait. Your corrections are seamless. Great job!

Section 1 is now completely PLOK

The description of the land has been great, but I can't wait until the story really starts. Waiting with baited breath for Section 2 :D

P.S. Sorry for my delay, but I just got back in town.

I looked at this post and reread my part of it and thought "is it really baited" that doesn't make any sense, really. I then did some research and found that it is really 'bated' https://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/bated-breath.html Librivox continually enriches my knowledge pool  .

Can I assume you read this in the original Portuguese?

Another very enjoyable reading. Just a couple of minor things you might want to look at:

6:22.5 for I am now getting old you said and . Not much difference, your call.

19:36 just to go to Sucuriu and play until he lost his last copper." You added the word all between 'his' and 'last'.

Keep up the good work,

Wayne

I fixed the latter spot and left the former in.
https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/inocencia_02_taunay_128kb.mp3 The duration remained unchanged.

Oh, yes, I did. I read just the first chapters of the English translation to consider if I wanted to have it up here on LV.

The window is updated. :D

Sure! I will assign you the sections.

I have seen you have already uploaded your test, so, please wait for some feedback there before attempting recording here. But I will reserve you the sections already, so whenever you get the OK there, you can go ahead and start recording!

Alan,

Great reading as usual. Epilogue is PLOK

One small comment, not for correction of course, but you pronounced the word Meyer the first two times "Myer" and the last times "Mayer". Just a comment.
