Since the length was actually about 36:05, with 55 sec of silence, I deleted the extra and corrected the section length to 35:10. Now I'll trust Magdalene to check both of uslaurencetrask wrote: ↑October 16th, 2021, 7:56 am Here is section 2...It is 35:05 in length:

Hello, Magdalene. I added 5 seconds to the end and also a bit to the beginning.MagdaleneMiller wrote: ↑October 21st, 2021, 8:43 pm Section 3 (Psalm 77 Part 1) PL-OK with a Quick Note: Sister could you please check the 5 seconds of silence. on my computer the numbers seem to jump over 4 of that 5 seconds and just end... im not sure if its my pc or a glitch in the recording but it happened 3 times...Thanks!
Note to all: The recordings need 0.5 - 1 second of quiet at the beginning and about 5 seconds at the end. Thank you!
Peace be with you,
Sister

I'm glad to see that you're sticking with this! The file name needs to be in this format:
psalms4_##_augustine_128kb.mp3 where ## is the section number. (e.g. psalms4_01_augustine_128kb.mp3)
So, please save your file again with the correct name, upload again, and then it will be ready for proof listening. Best wishes!
Peace be with you,
Sister

There really are a lot of details to take care of. I still forget this and that, even after so many years.pmessina wrote: ↑November 4th, 2021, 9:03 am The 85th time is a charm.

Hello, timdebe! And, welcome to LV! I see that you've done your 1-minute test.
This particular project is a challenging one. Therefore, I suggest two things: One, that you record a shorter, or at least, less challenging section in another project before trying this one. (Some people begin with the weekly poem or collections of things such as fables.) And, two, if you are still interested, please claim only one section here to begin.
We'll be looking forward to seeing you back soon!
Peace be with you,
Sister
Could I start with just Psalm 99 Part 1? I looked through the open short works and didn't see any that interested me. I'm totally fine redoing it if it's not up to snuff but I'd really like to give it a try.Monaxi wrote: ↑November 5th, 2021, 11:56 amHello, timdebe! And, welcome to LV! Thank you! The MW has been updated.
10:26 - “…have perceived Christ” should read - “…have perceived God “
Everything else sounds great! Good job!
