Hi Marie,

Yes, I would included it. Do you know how to do footnotes? Generally you would say "Footnote"....read footnote...."end footnote".

I wonder if that provision still applies to England today.

There is one PL Note. @5:12 during the end silence you have "footnote - end footnote".
