Thank you! I have not listened to your recording yet, but I did run it through Checker, and there are some problems that need to be addressed.

The bit rate is currently at 154 kbps and variable. It needs to be changed to 128 kbps and constant.

Your recording is currently in stereo, that needs to be changed to mono.

The volume is currently at 97 dB, which is well outside of the 87-92 dB range. The volume needs to be reduced by 8 dB, but I don't know how the quality of the recording will be. When the volume gets that high, the tops of the sound get cut off, what we call clipping, because the sound is outside the limit of the recording software to pick up. So there may be some distortion, if it is not too bad, then it could be usable.

The beginning silence needs to be reduced to .5 second.

The intro is not there, that needs to be added. The intro is in the first post of the project.

The correct outro needs to be added. You need to take out, "End of Henry More Smith, the Mysterious Stanger," because chapter 6 is not the last chapter. You just need to say, "End of chapter 6," and have 5 seconds of silence after that.

Please upload using the correct file name, which is henrymoresmith_06_bates_128kb . I will listen to your whole recording once these things have been fixed.
