Silver,
I have been rehearsing Chapter IX and I have come to the part that you indicate a separation. How do you want me to end the sections? Do you want two separate readings each with their own LibriVox introduction or just one long chapter reading?
I'd like to claim section 21 (chapter 19) "Last Scoutings" please.
I've been reading this as practice, but there are a few words that I'm not sure how to pronounce:
"Cambray" - a town in New Mexico
"San Simone Valley" - is that see-MOAN, or "Si-moan", or something else?
"scout up the Rio Grande to the fine of New Mexico for the bandits' trail" - does that rhyme with "pine" or "peen" in that context?

Thank you!
I've put you in for this section.
As far as pronunciations, for the most part we leave them up to the reader's best guess unless it is something well-known or otherwise makes a difference. And, they do change over time. So many Spanish names have become anglicized, like Los Angeles. There are some sites that can help. Type in, "how to pronounce____" in a search and you will get them. But, even there you will find wildly difference pronunciations.
