Just a quick question: Is there a proper pronunciation of the name Dr. Romadka ? Chapter 5, first pargraph.

Quick answer is, no.

When it comes to names, just take your best guess. As long as you are consistent, that's fine. If another reader has a different pronunciation, that's fine too. Only exceptions are well-known names that do have recognized pronunciations.
