In two places, I rendered dashes as bleeps:
15:27 “of the year 183—"
16:27 “Since the fort saluted the Governor-General at ———"
It would probably be less distracting for the listener just to hear vague wording at these points, so I recorded a version with “eighteen thirty-something” for the former and “at that place in India” for the latter, which I could upload instead. However, added words like these would have to be cleared with the BC, I think. In Chapter 13 I read “eighteen twenty-something” where something similar appeared. Alternatively, I could express the typography directly by saying “eighteen thirty-dash” and “Governor-General at dash dash dash.”

Corrections:
19:50 “Mr Newcome slowly uttered” to “Mrs. Newcome slowly uttered”
20:48 “These and some more I have been good enough to promise me a visit to-night” to “These and some more have been good enough to promise me a visit to-night” (I’m guessing that the “I” was originally a stray piece of leading.)

Another way to "read" dashes is to say the word "blank". "Since the fort saluted the Governor-General at [short pause] blank."
or add a discreet cough "Since the fort saluted the Governor-General at *cough*"
or just leave a ...meaningful pause

I am reading Section 21, Chapter 21 and there is a section written in Greek. I am not familiar with Greek at all. It happens in a discussion of art and I think it can be ignored without changing the meaning of anything. If you are looking for it, it is just below the poem half way through the piece. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

So I consulted with the other admins about this, the resulting options being "dash" or "blank". I'll leave the final choice of word to you, but please change the bleeps to dash or blank, both for "183—" and "Governor-General at —", because a non-human voice sound is not allowed in the recordings (exception only for music projects).
