Yes I believe so. I did not note them but I can go back and do that for you if you want. I have lots of extra time these days.Twinkle88 wrote: ↑July 17th, 2021, 7:37 pm Oh, okay. I thought you were going to edit according to the PL notes on page 5 of this thread. (If you look in the notes section for Chapter 13's row in the Magic Window, that's what "See PL notes: p. 5" means -- the PL notes for the chapter are found on page 5 of the project thread.) The level of proof-listening for this project is standard, not word-perfect, so I did not proof-listen the chapter against the text -- and evidently didn't catch as many errors as you did while reading along in the book.
However, if you listened to the recording while viewing the text and saw that there were errors that change the meaning of sentences, then perhaps we should just throw Chapter 13 out, too, if the reader isn't going to be able to fix it. Did you hear errors that changed the meaning of sentences?

Okay. You don’t have to note all of them — if you caught at least one or two mistakes that changed the meaning of a sentence, then we can’t use it. Could you maybe make a note of just one or two? I’ll check them out and then decide what to do about the chapter then.

Here you go. There are others and a bunch of missing words. The latter do not change meaning. In my opinion the following do.brownrottger wrote: ↑July 19th, 2021, 2:27 pmOk Ill do that tonight.Twinkle88 wrote: ↑July 19th, 2021, 11:59 am Okay. 1:41 should be "self effacing"; I heard "self effecting
2:46 should be "more"; I heard "most"
4:24 should be "wrath"; I heard "wreath"
14:10 should be "tempestuous"; I heard "temptuous"
19: 29 should be "sheltering"; I heard "splintering"
Thank you for doing that. In that case, I am going to open up Chapters 13, 14, and 21-28. They all have outstanding significant PL notes that cannot be fixed with editing.
I assume Chapter 15 will need to be re-read, too. I don't have time at the moment to check that out, so I will leave its status as "See PL notes."

Rapunzelina, would you move us back to Readers Wanted?

Chapter 15: I found many deviations from text that did not change meaning and the following that did:brownrottger wrote: ↑July 21st, 2021, 7:22 pmI will listen for errors that change meaning tomorrow, no worries!Twinkle88 wrote: ↑July 21st, 2021, 3:57 pm Thank you for doing that. 4:30 should be "drive"; I heard "day"
6:59 missing word "certainly"
9:47 should be "come"; I heard "came"
12:19 should be "fell into a reverie"; I heard "fell into a ravine"
Yeah, we won't be able to use Chapter 15, either. Thanks for listening to it! I will open that chapter up, too.
Chapter 8 has been orphaned.

Hi! Letting everyone know I am leaving for family vacation today thru 8/9 and will be without internet access. I will jump right back in as soon as I return!
Thanks,
Christine
Thanks,

Thanks for letting us know!
Hi! I'll be submitting my revisions for Chapter 4 over the weekend.
I see that many more chapters are open once again. Could I ask for Chapters 13 and 14 to be assigned to me?
Thanks again.
