Many thanks for your new editions! I heard all spots are pretty smoothly updated, but I will wait to see if you want to try again for the new 8:24 and old 8:22 spot, which feels a little less smooth than the other spots that you've edited.

When you are content with everything, I will change the status to PL OK for you!

Regards,
Jessie

Fixed the mistakes in 68, it is now 28:40
No worries on this. I ran that file through a lot of different settings and I was not really able to smooth this out much more.

feedback on the 38:06 recording for Section-54:

22:53 If you please add "(N.S.)" in the sentence "On January 2, 1602 (N.S.), the decisive battle was fought."
I don't know how it is supposed to be read; Wikipedia says this about it -
"Old Style (O.S.) and New Style (N.S.) indicate a dating system from before and after a calendar change, respectively. Usually, this is the change from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar as enacted in various European countries between 1582 and the twentieth century."

The rest of your reading is perfect, as always.

Regards,
Jessie

Hi, Jessie, and thanks for that; I argued with myself at the time, since it seemed so odd that -- of all the dates the author mentioned, only THIS one apparently merited special mention. I'm sure you're right to have it added in; there must be some important detail that seemed important.

Thanks, too, for your devoted listening to our many historical tales!

best,
Owlivia/Deborah

Thank you! Please note the filename format given in the first post of the project. It should be:

cambridgemodernhistory3_52_various_128kb

If you need to reupload this file for another reason, please rename it. Otherwise, we'll rename it during cataloging.

Very sorry about that. I do have it saved under that file name and hit the wrong one. I can upload under the correct file name.

No worries. If you uploaded the wrong file, it may be better to upload the right one, to be sure that we have the final version of your recording.

please Kevin, at 5:22 pag 261, 12 lines to the bottom,
I hear 1552 but it is 1542. I may be wrong, so please have a look at it.

This is the only thing to be checked.

Thanks
