I hope this works. I had to rename the file, and it balked at uploading at first.

I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said,
"no one would come here if they weren't allowed to talk out loud."
So I read out loud.

thanks wib66. Do you have suggestions on how to deaden the noise other than rerecording? Things have been getting noisier here lately as restrictions lift, and I didn't account for that.

It is a little difficult to remove as it is in amongst the speech. You don't need to record the whole file again just the sentences where the noises are. I hope that this is okay. I don't want to give you lots of extra work to do.

This is better. I suspect we'll have the same problem with the 2 I uploaded today. I'll have to get up early in the morning to record!

Hi. As of Tuesday I'll have very limited access to internet for a month or so .... if you're patient, that works. Otherwise, PL notes by Monday would work best. But what's a month compared to the 600 years that have already elapsed?

Thanks for letting us know. We can wait for up to two months for your fixes, so that shouldn't be a problem, just so you know. :)
