Thank you! I have one note about a word change, and then some places where I've found instances of overlap:

- At 0:22, could you give the chapter name as "The Devil in the Wilderness"?
- At 6:28, the line "It spread rapidly. The walls of the ravine showed ghostly grey, then faintly pink" overlaps with "Through the dimness the boulders scattered about the stream stood up like mediaeval monsters."
- At 7:04, the line "He did not stir or glance in her direction. His yellow face was seamed in a thousand wrinkles" overlaps with "A vague misgiving assailed her as she looked at him. There was something unnatural in his stillness."
- At 7:18, the line, "'Nick!' she said at length with hesitation," overlaps with "'Good morning,' he said lightly."
- There appear to be more instances of overlap for the next several minutes after that, then again at 12:20 and 14:20.

I'm not sure what could be causing the overlapping. When you're editing in Audacity, are you by any chance using two rows of waveforms instead of one?

Chapter 28 sounds great! I have just one note: at 5:33, "He realised it," you say "He raised it."

Chapter 20 sounds great, as always! The only note I have is that at 7:26, "accompaniments of his songs," you say "accomplishments of his songs."
