Chapter 15 sounds great! Just a few things:
- At 8:05, "were numerous thereafter" (p. 214), "thereafter" is cut off in the middle of the word.
- At 14:43, "should not be known" (p. 217), you say "should be known."
- At 15:57, "when senators were likely to find" (p. 218 footnote), the sound cuts out in the middle of a word between "to" and "find."
I don't think you need to change anything about the intro/outro since the script says "Chapter."
That was quite a story about 29,341 more votes being cast on the suffrage amendment than for the governor's race in the same election!
