Here's section 23, chapter 20.

https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/womansuffrage_23_catt_128kb.mp3
32mins 33s

Can you use my version of 31, despite double assignment?
Let me know if you want me to take 37.

Thanks
Czandra
I asked my librarian about the noise, and she said, "no one would come here
if they weren't allowed to talk out loud." So I read out loud.

Thanks for section 23, Czandra. I use your section if the original claimant doesn't submit the section. Otherwise, as I previously mentioned, we can add it to the nonfiction collection as a standalone submittal.

If you would like section 37, that would be great. It's entirely up to you!

Okay, I just listened and I hear exactly what you wished for me to record. Left it as it is.

I'm hearing "ingenuous" instead of "ingenious," but it's similar enough, so I'll just go ahead and mark this PL OK.
For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Section 23 sounds great! I have just a few notes:

- At 1:08, "the State Woman's Christian Temperance Union," you say "the State Chairwoman's Christian Temperance Union" (p. 300)
- At 20:49, you repeat "with" ("with space for Name of Chairman") (p. 310)
- At 21:11, "To this precaution," you say "For this precaution" (p. 310)
- The volume is at 96 dB. Could you lower it to somewhere in the target range of 86-92?

I hope to get to section 37 soon!

Section 35 sounds great! I have just one note: at 40:57, "Appropriation Bill," you say "Approbation Bill" (p. 459).

And seriously! Seeing all that in action while PLing this book has been both illuminating and infuriating! (Edited for clarity)
Oops, good catch. Here's it fixed. (47:44)

Hi. Here's 23 improved! Thank you for your vigilance. I have lowered the volume, have had issues recently with that because of corrupted file....
For the second point, the line reads "sent them, with spaces....." That's what I hear when I relisten, so I left it as is.

Section 37 sounds great! The only change to make is to lower the volume a bit from 94.3, and then you'll be all set.
