With my sincerest apologies I must withdraw from reading section 11. I have gotten a rather long solo project approved and will need to devote my recording time to it. Please assign section 11 to another reader. I do want to add that I am very impressed by your inclusion of the text links in your magic window. This is the firs time that I have seen this, and I consider it to be an excellent approach.
Reading is fun, duh. Mental!
Hello Leni!
I've finished recording Section 26 of Public Orations; had to re-record in the end, but it has been done! Here is the link: https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/publicorations_26_demosthenes_128kb.mp3. The recording length is 31' 26".
I'd also like to claim Section 27 and Section 28.
Thanks for being a great MC!

Hi Leni,
I just tried to read my section and I'm afraid it's not going anywhere... It has too many Greek names I have no idea how to pronounce properly (at least not in English), and I think I would make too many mistakes for listeners to have an enjoyable experience.
I don't do this lightly, but I'd like to return section 10 back into the pool. Sorry to let you down...

Corrected versionLeni wrote: ↑December 16th, 2020, 8:46 pmHello! Good reading, there are only two small corrections to be made.devantatlow wrote: ↑December 15th, 2020, 3:47 pmHi Leni,
Here is the Third Olynthiac https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/publicorations_07_demosthenes_128kb.mp3 Runtime is 25:00. I did not say the numbers in brackets from the script, as they were often in the middle of sentences, breaking them up and did not seem to have an organizational purpose. If that is an issue, just let me know. I'd like to be credited as Devan Tatlow.
@03:45, there is a stumble on "in the latter month, after the Mysteries, and with reluctance..."
At the end of the recording, there are 12 seconds of silence, when there should be only 5.
Thanks!

Well...I really don't want to do this, but something compels me.
I can't explain it, the better part of my intellect is telling me this is lunacy and I should not do this.
The better part of my passion is making me type almost involuntarily, Can I read sections 5....and....
and.....SIX.
gah!
