~CLASSICS] The Public Orations of Demosthenes -Leni
Hi Leni, I must have missed this!
Could I read section 10 - Embassy Introduction please?
I took a brief look at the text, and in the first two parts of the analysis (from page 3), the numbers are like this:

I took a brief look at the text, and in the first two parts of the analysis (from page 3), the numbers are like this:
In the third part (from page 4, bottom), the numbering is(ii) Points of the trial (§§ 3-8). An ambassador must (1) give true reports; (2) give good advice;
For the listener, I find "2 - a" easier to comprehend than "2 - 1 - 2 - 3" etc. Would you like me to read the numbers as they stand or do you allow me to read a/b/c etc in the first two parts as well?(ii) Refutation of anticipated objections—
(a) 'It is not Philip's fault that he has not satisfied Athens' (§ 187).
Hello, Ava! Sure, section assigned.
I see no problem in changing it all to letters instead of numbers, I agree that for the listener it is clearer.

Good morning, I was wondering if this is still available. If so, may I take sections 5 and 6?
Sincerely,
Alexander Shin

Hello Leni!
I've finished recording Section 24 of Public Orations, here is the link: https://librivox.org/uploads/leni/publicorations_24_demosthenes_128kb.mp3. The recording length is 14' 46".
As a note, this section includes a full breakdown of Demosthenes' On the Crown at the end. To make it clearer for the reader, I've organized the outline into sections, parts, and subparts, as provided in the document: I name the section first (section 1, section 2, etc.), then its accordant parts (part 1, part 2, etc.), then its accordant subsections (part 1a, part 1b, etc.), when appropriate. In the interest of being consistent, please let me know if I divert from this system in the recording!
Thank You!
