In many detective novels, it is often said that, to think like [the perpetrator], one must think like one.
Therefore, I will claim Section 2, A Monad's Perspective - in our hunt for the Elusive Monad....

hmmm. I think I was dazzled by Carr's logic. What I meant to say was "to identify [the perpetrator], one must think like one."

Section 4: https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/theoryofmonads_04_carr_128kb.mp3 37:38

I found two misspeakings on my re-listen ("to" instead of "into" and "itself" instead of "myself", but they seemed minor enough not to have to re-record. But I can do so if needed. Thanks!

If it doesn't sound weird, then it is fine! I have a few misspeaks in my recordings, and if they are not weird then I leave them. Thank you!

Welcome to LibriVox!

Sections 8, 9 and 10 are yours, thank you! But, please make sure to do your one minute test before you start recording your sections. It is just so that we can make sure that your settings are where we need them to be, which will, in turn, make your life much easier! What name would you like credited on your catalog page?

What does "What name would you like credited on your catalog page?" mean?

Well, do you want your real name on your catalog page, or just your username, or you could even make up a name. Here is your catalog page as it currently is. https://librivox.org/reader/15162 Let me know what you would like for me to do.

Waving arms and hopping up and down: has this been approved?

Will - monads willing - be posting Section 2 in a day or two. The word "obscure" comes to mind; I felt more certain of Prof. Carr's thesis (and I know he was a professor by the tone of his writing) after Chapter 7.

Sorry, I had lost track of it for a couple of days, then I had a bunch of projects finish up, so I have been playing a little bit of hooky. I will have this one done within a few days.
