Welcome to LibriVox!

I have you down for section 6, thank you! Please make sure to do your one minute test first, before you record, so that we can make sure your settings are where we need them to be. It will make your life easier to fix the easy things first. What name would you like credited on your catalog page?
One minute test is up in the "Listeners & Editors Wanted" section for review; for name in Catalog - Curtis K. works for me, thanks
Great! Here is your catalog page! https://librivox.org/reader/15104

I am so confused. I am 40 minutes into my chapter - probably only 20 minutes edited - and I still don't know what a monad is. Hopefully all will be revealed soon.

Thanks, Todd

That's OK, Todd! I have listened to one section so far, and my mind was melting. I will let you know if I find out what a monad is!

I'd like to claim section 4 as well, please! I think I have an idea of what a monad is now, but my brain hurts from trying not to think about it while reading aloud. Dizzying stuff!

In many detective novels, it is often said that, to think like [the perpetrator], one must think like one.
Therefore, I will claim Section 2, A Monad's Perspective - in our hunt for the Elusive Monad....

It is dizzying! I'm just glad I'm not the only person who is along for the ride and not trying to puzzle this out! Section 4 is yours, thank you!

OK, so I decided to put "monad" into the Almighty Google, and the Almighty Google says...
What is Monad philosophy?
“Monad” means that which is one, has no parts and is therefore indivisible. These are the fundamental existing things, according to Leibniz. His theory of monads is meant to be a superior alternative to the theory of atoms that was becoming popular in natural philosophy at the time.

:hmm:
