OK, so my new experience with chapter 13 has proven to be successful, because it is now PL OK! (My brain still hurts, but I think it might be sinking in!)

Quick newb question, I'm doing my clean up pass and filling in some areas I left for later, like this one....how would you guys and gals read this citation? (bolded for emphasis)

Concerned mainly with what's in parenthesis, not sure if the ii refers to second edition, subsection, etc.

Doesn't seem to match current citation patterns I'm familiar with...

I don't know what that means, unless it is referring to the second page of a preface or introduction. That is just a guess, maybe someone else has a better idea.

I suspect it means Volume 2, as Spencer's is a 2-volume work; but the internal I86 is a mystery. I'd just say "volume 2" and if someone is that committed to a search, at least they know which volume to look for.

Generally that means that the file is not one that can be uploaded. Did you export the file as an mp3? Also, if you have anything in the meta tags, that needs to be removed. That will sometimes cause a problem with uploading.
