Well done! PL OK.
Section 32 National Education
PL Notes:
4:08 Heard something like "second notion" it's slightly garbled.
s/b "second DOCTRINE"
5:25.5 Heard "Asterisk ........." the sign of a footnote
More common is to say "Footnote...." then "End Footnote" after it has been read. You should check with Amy about this. It happened in the following section too.
Just two easy fixes needed. thanks.

PL Notes on SEVEN sections
Check closely for your sections which might require some fixing
Section 15
========
Paints a picture of a lying and cheating govt - 200 years ago!
PL OK
Section 18
=========================
Of the conduct of war
00:25 - heard "Chapter 8" s/b "Chapter 18"
01:14 - heard "direct ka-roller-ee" s/b "core-oh-larry"
I mention this mispronunciation only because it is so far off from the correct pronunciation that an average listener could not be expected to understand what word the author wrote
6:30 - Same word same mispronunication
Arden: I think it would be helpful to you to listen to/watch Mark Nelson's "Hints from the professionals" recording of a recent Librivox Zoom session. The link to the recorded video is:

Several of his points came to my mind as I listened to 4 of your sections this evening.
Please fix the glitches above and re-upload this file.

Wow! It has been a l-o-n-g evening of PLing!!
You readers are showing a lot of talent. Amazing!
Godwin is not the easiest author to read. And, by that I mean to RECORD, too. However hard it might be for us guys reading the words on the page (screen, I mean) think how hard it must be for our listening "clients" to understand what Godwin is saying. We need to slow down at the end of sentences so that listeners' brains will have a chance to digest what we've just read to them before we rush into that next complex sentence. OK, I'm going to get down off my soap box now and get a midnight snack... I need one! {These comments are strictly my own.}

Another good job, Jim
I found only a couple of bogies:
4:06 heard "it is UNAVOIDABLE to exclaim..."
s/b "It is NATURAL to exclaim..."
6:44 heard "cannot define that which is <bodless?>."
s/b "cannot define that which INFINITE"
8:57 heard "know what he had to EXPECT"
s/b "know what he had to DEPEND UPON"
There were several word substitutions which were close synonyms and so I didn't mention them. I began to fear that you were recording from a different text than that specified in page 1 of the project. Here is what I read from:
THE FOURTH EDITION.
IN TWO VOLUMES. VOL. IL
London: J. WATSON, 5, PAUL'S ALLEY, PATERNOSTER ROW,
1842.
As for your tempo, yes! There's improvement, but in the final pages, almost every prepositional phrase was set apart by pauses. That will drag the tempo some, too! But, generally, a substantial improvement. When I recorded a couple of sections of Godwin and it was really difficult to keep things flowing. There's a fellow who has done two Zoom sessions on how to narrate a book. Mark Nelson. I'd like to see how he would handle some of these Godwin sentences.

Thank you for your feedback.
I agree that 'boundless' sounds a little garbled at 6:44, and the tempo isn't what it should be, and I'll try to fix those issues and re-submit.
I believe, however, that we are using different texts, and I think I'm using the one identified at the front of this project -
https://archive.org/details/enquiryconcernin02godwuoft/page/n3/mode/2up
The other two boo-boos, at 4:06 and 8:57, are (I believe) consistent with the above.
