Thanks for updating it, Reece. I will mark it Ready for Spot PL.

May I claim chapter XVI, the Causes of War?
Thanks
Timmy
I signed you up for it. How would you like your name to appear in the catalog?

Section 2 PL Notes.ReeceT wrote: ↑January 13th, 2021, 8:24 pm Hi Amy and William,
<snip>I did not make the other changes on account of it not matching the text link provided.2:30 heard "dissERtion" s/b "DisCREtion" in the phrase "...should be administered with frugality and DISCRETION.
3:05 heard "uh-surpation" s/b usually "yew-surpatiion"
3:21 heard "let us THERE consider... " s/b "let us THEN consider...
4:45 heard "but THROUGH the exaggerated...."
s/b "but THOUGH the exaggerated...."
10:04 heard "suh-fear" should be "shpere"
14:25 heard "eh-gre-gar-ious"
s/b "Ee-gree-juss"
I may re record this one nearer to the end of the project once my recording technique improves. It's a little too clicky for my liking, but the best I can do for now. I will sign up for chapter III once this PL is cleared.
Fine job Reece.
I'm marking this as PL OK.
And, I find those photos quite thought provoking.
Onward and upward, Excelsior!

Boy! Godwin didn't hold back on how he felt about titles, did he!
Only one tiny misstep, Jim:
5:59 heard "thirty years of peace......", s/b "FORTY years"

Section 12 PL NOTE
Hi, Jim - that single error was MINE! I was proofing from the 1793 text which has "forty years of peace".
I think I proofed from that edition because it was clearer.
In any case, I found your "thirty years of peace" on the official text's page 49.
My bad.
This section is PL OK.
