I would like to recommend, though, that your pauses be no more than 2 seconds (in general.) Pauses of 3 seconds can sound like an eternity---at least to my ears. I think others would agree, and I say that based on past experience.

You can subscribe to the topic (See the button with the wrench on it at the top of the thread). When there is a posting you should get notified. Fair warning though it doesn't always work and if you get a message and then don't log in you won't get another message.
