Greetings :D

If it has not already been claimed, I would like to submit recordings for Sections 14 and/or 20?

Thank you!

-MeelahMagnificent
I have put you in for both sections. :D

Hold that thought. I just looked to see what name you have used for recordings in the past and it looks as though you are a new reader. Is that correct?

Absolutely not & welcome to Librivox(lv). I hope that you will enjoy it. There are alot of wonderful people who volunteer at lv & they seem to be most willing to help when requested.

First you need to take the 1-minute test:
https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test
https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording

I have also included a section that is well worth your reading.

I will keep in my mind which sections you would like to record. First you must do the 1-minute test to ensure that you are technically set, correctly. Once you have passed that please do let me know and then I will put you in the mw as the reader.

Hi Again,

I just wanted to ensure I am finishing up this last part correct. I am posting my test file to the listener's forum and then this step here "If you've already claimed a section and your Book Coordinator has asked you to post in the project thread, first post the link above in Listeners and Editors Wanted as above. Then post in the project thread with the URL to the thread you just created." So am I needing to post the link outside of the listener and editor's thread and by project thread does it mean the actual thread with the book sections?

Thank you!

MM

How it goes is once you post your test file to the Listeners forum is it will then be reviewed and either it will pass or there will be recommendations for you to get it to pass. Once it is marked okay than you can get back to me with that information and I will happily assign you the sections you have requested. The link does not need to be sent to me at all. :D

Yes, the thread is the book with sections.

If 8 and 12 are still open, I can read for those and maybe help finish this one?
