~20:30-20:45 there is a loud noise (motorcycle?) that drowns out your voice. I think that sentence should be re-recorded.

You do not have to read the footnotes. If they contain something particularly interesting or important, you can include them at the end of the sentence by saying "footnote... end footnote" but I leave it entirely to the reader. Footnotes that are merely citation (e.g. "see p. 34" or "see The Book by John Smith") are not helpful.
