Beau,

I am so sorry about the mix up. I must not have made my instructions clear.

Using the 'first post' as the template, this is what your intro should be for section 47:

Section 47 of The Writings of Samuel Adams, Volume 2. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org".

Read by Beau Wood.

"The Writings of Samuel Adams, Volume 2, by Samuel Adams. To Arthur Lee- Oct 2, 1771.

Your other corrections were absolutely seamless. Very well done.

Again sorry for the extra work.

I would be happy to do sections 12-15 if you need a reader. I am relatively new to this but I am confident I can give you a good recording. Thank you.

Mark,

Thanks again for another great reading. Section 11 is PLOK  right out of the box.

However, there is one very small thing in Section 10:

8:47.5: to be subjected to absolute instructions, You added the word “the” between 'to' and 'absolute'. It kind of changed the meaning a little. I played around with it and was able to take out the word and still sound good, but I will leave this one up to you. :D

Please note that Wayne has generously agreed to officially take over as BC for this project. I'll still be in the background as the MC.

I volunteered to read section 17 of Sam Adams. I have questions on how to read these examples. First-- "2 it was absurd to suppose ". I recognize this as a numbered footnote, but how do I voice it? My inclination is: (soto voice) "Foot note two": then immediately read the corresponding footnote also in soto voice, and then return to the body of the text in my normal speaking voice. Will that work for you?

Also, how do I voice words that show beginning letters and are followed buy a few dashes: "H——-h"? Thanks!
