Hi my apologies for not explaining further. When there is a repeat it means that you have said a word and then repeated it so all you need to do is go through the file and edit out the first example of the word you have said. It is always best to start from the end of the file and work backwards so that the time stamps are where they should be so you would start at 13:35 and edit that repeat out then work backwards to the next one and so on. There should be 5 seconds of silence at the end of the file. To do this you need to do the following.
Highlight the silence at the end of the file then click on Generate and scroll down to Silence. Then put in 5 seconds and this will put it at the end for you. If you could carry out that edit and re upload using the same filename that would be great thanks.
