Hi I would like to read sections 9 and 10 which is chapter 8. I presume you would like me to split the reading over the two sections as I see it is 10000 plus words. Also how do you pronounce Pattaquasset. Thanks

Hi hope you don't mind I bumped this up as I think it may have been missed. Many thanks

Oops so sorry I missed your post!
yes, feel free to divide it wherever you feel makes the most sense
I am not sure how to pronounce Pattaquasset... it seems to be made up for the story. Any suggestions? I am not good with pronunciations. If I can say a word wrong I often do hehe.

Section 26

~23:30 - 23:40 there is a strange rustling noise that should be removed. Select the 'bad' section only for noise cleaning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFSg9o37HMw

The volume is too low at 81dB. We look for 89dB. Please amplify by about 8dB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw

The bit rate is wrong. It should be 128kbs constant. This is easy to fix. When you export the file, select the correct values at the bottom of the dialog box. It should stay as you have set it until you change it.

Section 16

The volume is too low at 80.6dB Please amplify by about 8 dB. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw

The bit rate is off. It should be 128kbs constant. This is easy to fix. When you export the file, select the correct values at the bottom of the dialog box. It should stay as you have set it until you change it.

~3:20 stumble

There are several extraneous noises e.g. at ~8:40. They can be left, but in future recordings, try to avoid them. If you notice while recording, stop and re-record the sentence (don't stop the recording, just edit out the bad part in post-processing).

Chapter 15

The volume is too low at 80.5 dB. We look for 89dB. Please amplify by about 8dB https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_z607awyLw

~28:40 repeat "half-amused expression"
