Thank you for the warm welcome KevinS! I completed the 1 minute test and checked the volume via the Checker Tool. I'm excited to get started!KevinS wrote: ↑October 18th, 2020, 3:34 pm Instructions for the One-Minute Test: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test

Now for you to decide what your Display Name will be. The Display Name is what the public sees when they look at the LivriVox catalog. My Forum Name is the same as my Display Name but it need not be so. You can select anything, nearly, that you want, including your real name.
Let us know and we'll adjust the system to accommodate your pick. You'll just need to decide before any of your recordings get cataloged at the end of a project. (Our project here will likely take a while to finish, but others sometimes go quickly.)

Great to know! If you could put me in as Christine Smith, that would be much appreciatedKevinS wrote: ↑October 19th, 2020, 4:27 pmWonderful!Chrismith wrote: ↑October 19th, 2020, 11:54 amThank you for the warm welcome KevinS! I'll ask an admin to make the change. Thanks!
Leni, are you able to make this update?Leni wrote:

Section 41 is PL OK. Thank you, Colleen. This was particularly interesting to me as I speak Turkish and recognized the roots of some words and customs. Heart warming to know they were drinking the ayran and kefir I love way back in those times.
