I'm still working on Section 69, but I would like to claim Section 70. Would that be ok?

I have uploaded chapter 37 - Eugenics. Gave it a listen through and had to edit out some hiss. Please let me know what changes I can make. With Chapter 36 I accidentally overwrote the file. You needed some more time at the end. I tried recording from the audio link but it was of less quality. Is there a way you can add the 5 seconds at the end? Sorry for the confusion and thank you for the section on eugenics. It was something that my wife and me had to deal with in our own way this year with the medical industrial complex, but we prevailed and our little guy with his tiny little body is healthy and happy! Anyway hope this works. I can turn around the edits before Christmas.
