No rush at all. Take care. Are you in Ethiopia? Death Valley? A/C broke? You got me curious. :hmm:
I've started the AC at about 3 each afternoon as that's when I begin to fade. I've been told no AC is healthier for us, but this heatwave up north is too, too much. Shoot, you wouldn't understand. You're a Southerner!

My A/C goes 24/7 all summer to maintain a temp of 72 degrees throughout the house so we don't wilt. So no, I don't understand!

Spring and fall for a few delicious weeks we open all doors and windows, turn on the attic fan and air out the house. Love that cool crisp breeze. We don't turn on the heat until temps get down to about 55.

Section 30 PL OK!

What a charming chapter! I think only a Southern lady could do it justice, as do you.

PL Notes Section 19

Aha! Finally Dred's back story! And Stowe weaves Dred's father, a real character of historical significance, into her fictional character's family history, so skillfully that I believed every word of it. So many good lines, too, and soulfully read. Thank you!!!!! Just a few things I noticed:

22:07 giving a Hebraistic coloring, you say Hebraic. Not sure it matters.
23:22 slight stumble in "and strange hieroglyphics would be written upon the leaves". Wouldn't mention if it were the only item.
23:27 he would pursue, you say peruse . . . . game.

I am still a bit confused on your file number. Chapter 49 is Section 50. Chapter 48 is Section 49. Please double check so you don't accidently erase one of your files. I have already PL OK'd Section 50, Chapter 49, More Violence.

My neighbor says "Numbers don't live in my world." She's a well-known quilter, too, but her husband has to figure out all the measurements!!!!!! Here at LV, Chapter numbers and Section numbers are often not the same. Referring to the MW before naming any file is always a good policy.

Indeed! When I order a stack of pancakes, I expect at least three.

Hope the recording is good! Can't wait for you to listen to the Chekhov in your other project.

Section 61, Appendix 3 is PL OK.

Sorry for taking so long with this, Bill. I was taking advantage of knowing you would be on vacation for 2 weeks! Rather dry reading material, but still interesting, and sounds good! Thank you.
