Just dropping by, Tricia, et al, to check out the interesting project.
The theme reminds me of Granite Flats, Seasons 1, 2, and 3.
A very interesting series about some kids who unearth government experiments on a military base.
It's available for free streaming here:

My thoughts: You know you live in a free country when shows like Granite Flats, the X Files, and many other such shows that throw government in an unfavorable light, are allowed to be broadcast. Yes, that tells me there's hope for us yet!

And yet, in this report, there are many incidents of experiments that were classified only because they threw a bad light on the government's reputation.

And, we are allowed to make movies about how corrupt government is, even when it isn't true, which throws a bad light on movie makers and the citizenry which patronizes them. Said one extraterrestrial to another, "My what an interesting species these humanoids are. Contradictions everywhere. No wonder they are all so confused."

Section 64:
0:25 - rather than saying "section 64" instead say "Case Studies, Chapter 12, Part 6" as per the intro wording instructions in the first post. (I might have missed this on previous files. Sorry about that.)
16:59 - loud lip smack
