Am I right in assuming that I am not reading the chart at the end of section 40? I am going by the pagination. It does seem like it would be very hard to follow if read aloud.

I would like to read for Sections 7 through 10, which correspond to Introduction Parts 3 through 6. I will take a stab at explaining the charts on pages 58 and 59.
