I'm working on 14 and 15, and I'm not certain where Part 1 one of this chapter ends and Part two begins. any hints or tips from the BC?

and now here's one more concern--- there seems to be some text missing or something. at line marker (or paragraph marker?) 269 the paragraph cuts off: "Unhappily a dense ignorance upon this subject broods over the community, and there should be added to our literature an......"
is there a way to report things like this to Gutenberg?
should we pause this section until the problem is addressed, the ebook repaired, or whatever needs to happen?
