OK, chapter 1 broken into sections 1 and 11 and re-uploaded.

I expect you will have to do the same for chapter 10 which is 22 (dense) pages. If you do so, I can read for a 2-part chapter 10.

Yes, that would be great. Chapter 10 will become sections 11 and 12.

Introductory Part 2 needs to be Section 2 - you can wait for any PL notes to change it.

Kiki, please pay careful attention to the intro and outro of these sections as they have all been changed (my fault, sorry.)

Downloading the chapters for PL. I will pay extra attention to intros and outros.

BTW, it would be really good to re-arrange the MW accordingly, as the section numbers will all change after this and I am afraid we will get all mixed up with the nummeration if someone else claims&records something in the meantime.
Keep your mind here and now, where it belongs.

Ideally, yes. However I can't do it until I have access to a computer.

Hi Elizabby,
I moved it in the MW for now. If I got it wrong let me know. Is the one that has 11 in the filename supposed to be 02?
Cheers,
Amy

Elizabby, sorry, I did not realize that you might be on forums through some smaller device. Please excuse me for poking you with the obvious. It's just because I hate it so much when things get messy. :)

Section 01 is OK in general. The only comment is that at 34:15 the recording becomes noticeably lower in volume. I presume it was recorded in several pieces and the last piece just happens to be a little quieter. I would suggest amplifying this part a bit. Otherwise - all good! Great job with all those Egyptian names!!!

Section 02 is PL-OK! Except that the file name needs to be changed.

Yes - are you able to change that? The file is otherwise PL OK.

Usually I'm on a desktop, but I'm away from home on a holiday at the beach at the moment! I'll be back next week.

OK, re-uploaded section 1 with the last part a little louder.

(I couldn't read the whole chapter in one sitting or else I'd lose my voice!)

Now all OK!
Of course, such long piece would be recorded in several sittings, I think most of us would do so. And this text is not an easy one. You did really great job on it!

Thank you! :-) I have reason to want to learn more about the Hyksos, so I'm looking forward to this section.
