Hello all, I am a returning Librivox reader - I last read in 2010.

I would love to take part in this reading of Asphodel but I'm not sure whether I can jump right in or have to do a newbie test again. If you're happy to have me I'd love to join in. I did collaborative recordings before and a few solo books too. The last solo I did was masterminded by Stav, who even chose the book!

I gave up recording when my husband started to work from home rather than go out to an office - I was pretty sure there would be "noises off" but, he has now declared himself very proud of the recordings I did and has promised to be as quiet as a mouse. So I'd like to give it a try.

Hi Miss Stav -

I will take 29 and 30 please...

Decided I need to record backwards and I like this book!

I promise not to speak backwards.... :)

Hi Rachel,
welcome back. Actualy, I really missed you. You are a great reader and so fun to work with. I think you can jump right in. But what ever you want. Want to begin with 17-18 to warm up?

Thank you Stav, I was so pleased to see that you are still working on Librivox and I have missed making audio books with you.

I have bought a new microphone and, if it behaves itself, I should be alright for sections 17 and 18. So yes, I'll take those two sections and see how it goes.

Helen, I find that I need to make some corrections to 16. If you will allow me a stay, I will take care of the problems this evening. Thank you, Jim

Hi Jim,
I set 16 back to 'assigned' status to avoid any confusion. When you are ready for the PL, I'll change it back to "ready."
Have a good day!
