Thanks for section 17 chad :)

A note about section 15 - I hadn't noticed earlier for some reason that you read Section 20 for Section 15 at the beginning of the recording - Can you change that?

A few errors noted.

After into to 1:26 -- You began with top of page 248 Nay, they cannot but see – should have begun with section 45 at 1:26 – The ordinary necessities of our
1:26 didn’t read section 45
27:46 the miscarriages that follow on it must be imputer to his own election – you read carriages
4:17 Were the pleasure of drinking accompanied, the very moment a man takes of his glass, -- you read glasses

Let me know if you have any questions.

Reluctantly I must relinquish my sections, 28 and 30, in this project due to unexpected time demands.

Thanks for section 18 Chad :) You did a good job - however you reread many parts over and forgot to delete the reading done in error and made a few mistakes.

:22 Intro forgot to read - Chapter 21 Of Power Part 4

11:30 that morality, established upon its true foundations – you read mortality

14:21 if he mistakes, he is not miserable – a little stumble here
14:40 Must it not be – a little stumble
14:52 I have forborn to mention … a little repetition
16:02 Wherein lighting upon an easy and scarce – a little repetition
18:18 I know that liberty by some is placed – a little repetition
18:52 For it is pretty hard to state it between them – a little repetition
19:28 At least it pleases it in a subject – a little repetition
20:45 I have the ability to move my hand, or to let it rest – a little repetition
22:12 The indifferency of that operative faculty is taken away by that motion – a little repetition
23:30 I own some change of my opinion – a little repetition
24:12 – a long silence then a little repetition of and some (as I have already found) 24:29 - and some that I have already found - a little repetion
24:45 Impartial deduction of reason in controverted points being so rare
26:34 The substance that hath motion or thought receives the impression – a little repetition
26:55 To receive such an impression from some external agent – a little repletion
28:00 So that the active power of motion is in no substance which cannot begin motion in itself – a little repetition
29:35 avoid receiving them – repeted
30:02 And thus I have, in a short draught – a little repetition
31:05 to avoid the danger of being mistaken in the use of those which are equivocal – a little repetition
31:24 To which if we add Existence, Duration, Number … a little repetition
31:51 If we have but faculties acute enough to perceive the severally modified extensions – a little repetition
32:55 I shall not enter any farther into that disquisition – a little repetition

33:53 of its insensible part – you read of its sensible parts

Hello Craig,

Could I please have section 29?

Thanks!
Thanks for the one minute test and for signing up for section 29 LeonThickens :)

You must have meant a different section because section 29 is already finished. Section 28 Chapter 29 Of Clear and Obscure, Distinct and Confused Ideas is available.

The only problem with the test is that there is a little background noise that can be cleaned using noise removal in audacity. https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Editing_Audio

What display name would you like to use?

Please let me know which section you are interested in.

Sorry yes I meant section 28/chapter 29!

I'll definitely use noise cancellation on this section. And just Leon is good.

Thank you!

Dear Craig,

Please see amended audio recordings of sections 15, 17 and 18 below:

15 - https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/humanunderstandingvol2_15_locke_128kb.mp3 Time 28:21

17 - https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/humanunderstandingvol2_17_locke_128kb.mp3 Time 46:03

18 - https://librivox.org/uploads/kathrinee/humanunderstandingvol2_18_locke_128kb.mp3 Time 32:03

Question regarding Section 17: I have made amendments to the audio recording, however I am unable to find the part where you mention as follows: "4:17 Were the pleasure of drinking accompanied, the very moment a man takes of his glass, -- you read glasses" Would you be able to have another listen over section 17 again for clarification about this?

I look forward to hearing back from you :D

Kind regards,
Chad
