Do you have any requirements/suggestions around the character voices in the text? Are we supposed to give them different voices?

Nope, just read it how you like! Some people do voices some do not. It is up to you :wink:
Just no outside sound affects!

How do I access the PL notes regarding the section I have read. It says "See PL notes" in the magic window, but clicking on it does nothing, I do not see any PL notes added to my original posting of the recording either.
