sect 21

PL note: slightly low volume

Your volume is slightly low at 85.9db, it still falls outside of the target range (86–92 dB).

I have a question before I start Sec. 36. There is a chart listing the Jenny Lind concerts. The concerts are listed Number 46 then just 47, 48 etc. Is it OK if I put Number before each one or shouldn't I? Same question with Number 1 - New York $12,519.15 New Orleans $8,131.15, Number 2 etc? Same question re dollars after each amount? Just want to make sure. Thanks

Hi Nancy,
Great question. I took a look at the chart and then tried to think as the listener. I don’t believe I would need to hear the word ‘number’ each time but not hearing ‘dollars’ always sounds strange to my ear.

End of the day, I vote for reader’s choice so please feel free to proceed how you feel most comfortable.

I have a problem - on the next to the last and last pages of Sec 36, under Jenny Lind Receipts, parts on the left hand side have been cut off. Can you retrieve the missing information?
